- Milk is white in colour and generally sold in transparent plastic bottles, that appear white because of their contents. I am thus looking for white bottles.
- Milk is a chilled product. I am thus looking for white bottles in the chilled aisles.
- Supermarkets sell a LOT of milk. I am thus looking for a LOT of white bottle in the chilled aisles.
- Supermarkets tend to group similar products together, thus meat will be together, dairy will be together etc.
- Supermarkets label their products and aisles very well to make it easy for people to find what they are looking for.
- I will actually open my fucking eyes and use my brain and realise that a well labelled aisle filled with dairy products including a huge number of big white bottles is VERY easy to find.
See? Not hard at all to find the milk really is it? And yet despite this little chain of throught being so very easy to think through, I am asked at least half a dozen times a day where the milk is. I don't even work in the fucking chilled aisles, I'm halfway down the store, past them. So in order to get to my section of the store to ask me this stupid question, the idiot asking it has had to walk past the chilled aisles in order to do so!
